Welcome to Debonair Hair Co., where confidence, sophistication, and class converge. I am Mariah, the proud owner of this locally owned and woman-owned salon in Rochester, MN. As a graduate of Nova Academy of Cosmetology, I have cultivated a passion for hair over the past 8 years. My expertise encompasses both men's and women's haircuts, as well as crafting exquisite updos for weddings and special events. I also take great pleasure in working with special needs children and adults, ensuring that everyone feels their absolute best. Outside of the salon, I am a devoted mother to four wonderful children and a dog named Honey. I enjoy coffee, spending time with my children, and cooking. CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens. I kindly ask you to respect my policies in regard to cancelling your appointment and no shows. 1. Notice Requirement: I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. The website allows up to 24 hours before your appointment. This allows me to be able to rebook your time. 2. Cancellation Fees: Same day cancellations made will incur a fee of 50% of total services for your appointment. However, if it’s an emergency and something comes up please just call or text me and I will consider disregarding the fee with limitations. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and do not let me know in advance will be charged 100% of the full service. This charge will reflect 1 hour after appointment. 4. Emergency Considerations: Please inform me as soon as possible in case of emergencies; exceptions may be granted at my discretion. 5. Appointment Confirmation: A confirmation reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please use that as a reminder to reflect if you will make it or not. However, if you reschedule with in 1 week I will apply 50% of the fee to your next appointment! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! I look forward to seeing you!
